The Sr. Director, Websites Strategy is charged with the mission of creating, building and operating world class websites that support Rosetta Stone's mission of changing the way the world learns languages. This is an exciting opportunity to operate rosetta stone spanish's biggest selling channel across the globe, managing a $100+ million online business. In this highly visible role, you will work directly with the CEO, COO and top executive management to drive sales through analysis and optimization of web design and e-commerce path. You will directly impact revenue by creating a world class web experience through creative design, unique content, social media and mobile content for our consumer and institutional businesses.

A strong predictor of success for the Sr. Director, Websites Strategy is the ability to bring different perspectives together to create an outstanding web experience, to develop and act on insightful analysis of traffic/conversion patters and to effectively lead a high performing group of professionals.
