There are many things you should pay attention to and you should think about your needs. Every device has its advantages and disadvantages. The design is always a matter of taste and you should think about if it is important to you or if you can lower your sight in this point if everything else is fitting your interests. If you like running many apps at the same time and many big files, you should pay attention to the system performance. RAM, ROM and the CPU should be good in order to use many different things at the same time.

Do you want to write many messages, create documents and even draw on your devices? If you answer this with a yes, the cheap Android tablet with touchscreen should be your first priority. There is no additional keyboard attached, so that you input everything via touchscreen. Another possibility would be to think about buying an additional keyboard or mouse for the device. Some special ones for tablet PCs are available on the market already. But watch out! Not all devices support external keyboards.

Additonally you can pay attention to some connections. Some like to create documents or other presentations with their tablet pc and connect it to a beamer or other monitor. If you want to do this, you should buy one with HDMI-connection. Also an USB-slot is a must-have if you want to connect some devices.

There are also plenty of best Chinese Android tablet for sale, if you consider buying one of those you often see a bad quality camera. Some even only have one camera. So, if taking nice snapshots is one of your hobbies you should of course pay attention to the Megapixels. Also if there are some settings you can change and if you can set the ISO. This can increase the quality as well.

Now you should at least have a direction which device could be best for you. The brand name can still be something you want to consider as well as accessory. For protecting your device buying a case is not a wrong choice. You have the agony of choice because for almost all models and manufacturer you can find nice cases. Like some nice Google Nexus 7 cases, cheap iPad mini cases, Samsung Galaxy cases, Acer cases, etc. If it's a no-name pay attention the the size if its fitting to your device.
