The Chevrolet Equinox is a mid-size SUV that seats five people

(there is no 3rd row seat that is offered). There are two trims

that are offered, the LS (the base model) and the LT (the best

model). Some of the safety features that come with the Equinox are

traction control for the front wheel drive LT model (this is only

an option for the front wheel drive LS model) and ABS brakes come

standard with all models except the front wheel drive LS . There

are some other neat things made available for both models and

There are several different fuel statistics that I found from the

years 2005 to 2008. In 2005 the Equinox had a fuel rating of 12.7

-litres, per 100km, for city driving and 8.6-litres, per 100km for

highway driving. In 2008 there were two fuel ratings. The 3.4-

litre engine had a fuel rating of 12.2-litres, per 100km for city

driving and 8.3-litres, per 100km for highway driving (front wheel

drive). The 3.6-litre engine had a fuel rating 13-litres, per

100km for city driving and 8.3-litres, per 100km, for highway

There are several different engine sizes over the various years I

did research on. In 2005 the Equinox had a V6, 3.4-litre engine

and this produced 185 horsepower. In 2008 Chevy added a V6, 3.6-
