For the high level buildings, the construction scaffolds are erected from bottom to top with the building’s construction process. The construction scaffolds shall be inspected for acceptance before they are put into use.

Once the scaffold frames are erected, relevant organizations and climbing frame entities to check and adjust following items and making relevant records.
For the parts which are erected by coupler scaffolding tubes, there shall be a snap check of 50% of the fastening degree of couplers. Only with a qualified ratio over 95% can they be put into use; there shall be a thorough check on the joints which are connected by bolts; there shall be a check over the whole frame body of the scaffold; there shall be necessary check and adjustment on some items.
The working load on the operation platform shall be within the maximum limit and formworks proppings, steel wires and delivery tubes for concrete shall not be fixed on the scaffolds. It is forbidden to suspending any craning machines or equipment. For the construction on the external wall, the working load shall be confined within 300kg/m2 and the maximum story number for synchronized working shall be no more than 2 stories.
