История про дятла.

"Если вы видели когда-нибудь, как дорожные рабочие разбивают асфальтовое
покрытие дороги отбойным молотком, то, наверное, обращали внимание, как
быстро-быстро бьется острие молотка об асфальт, откалывая от него куски?
Если бы рабочему вдруг вздумалось привязать отбойный молоток к
собственной голове, долго бы он не продержался — мозг не в состоянии
вынести такие вибрации.
А знаете ли вы, что клюв дятла работает так же, как отбойный молоток?
Дятел барабанит по дереву со скоростью 8-10 ударов в секунду! Он может
проделать дырку в самом твердом дереве, да что дерево — даже в бетоне! И
мозг его при этом совершенно не страдает. Возможно ли это?
Дятлу нипочем такие встряски, потому что у него совершенно особое
строение головы. У автомобиля между корпусом и колесами есть специальные
амортизаторы, которые защищают машину — да и пассажиров тоже — от тряски
на ухабистой дороге. У дятла тоже есть такие специальные амортизаторы.
У большинства птиц кости клюва прикреплены к черепной коробке,
закрывающей мозг. Но у дятла между клювом и черепом находится особая
"прокладка": пористое, похожее на губку вещество, которое гасит встряску
от каждого удара клювом. Этот природный амортизатор настолько хорош,
что, по мнению ученых, намного превосходит все, созданные руками
человека. Возможно, ученые могли бы усовершенствовать подобные
устройства, если бы поняли, как именно устроены клюв и череп дятла.
Но этим не ограничиваются специальные приспособления, которыми наделен
дятел. Для того, чтобы еще больше защитить мозг птицы, ей даны особые
мышцы, которые сдвигают черепную коробку подальше от клюва. И это
происходит каждый раз, когда дятел ударяет клювом по дереву. А после
того, как в дереве проделана дырка, дятел ведь должен извлечь оттуда
насекомых и съесть их. Для этого у дятла есть очень длинный, липкий язык
— часто длиннее, чем тело птицы. Но куда же девать такой язычище, пока
он не занят делом? У других птиц язык растет из задней части ротовой
полости. Если бы у нашей птички язык был устроен так же, то при его
длине он спутался бы во рту в клубок! Нет, у дятла и здесь все
по-своему. Его сверхдлинный язык растет из правой ноздри и, проходя
прямо под кожей, оборачивает всю голову! Все очень аккуратно и удобно.
Строение дятла представляет собой немалую проблему для тех, кто верит в
эволюцию. Как могли такие специализированные для одной цели органы
развиться постепенно? Вспомните об амортизаторах дятла: они должны были
отлично работать с самого начала. Если бы они работали плохо, то дятел
просто вышиб бы себе мозги, и это произошло бы очень быстро. И так же
быстро закончился бы род дятлов. А если когда-то, давным-давно, дятлы не
долбили деревья, то тогда им такие специальные амортизаторы никогда и не
понадобились бы. А длинный язык дятла? Трудно представить себе, что
когда-то у дятла язык был обычной длины, потом вдруг вырос, открепился
от задней стенки рта, обернулся вокруг головы птички и "осел" наконец в
правой ноздре!
Дятел должен был быть таким, каков он сейчас, сразу же, с самого первого
своего появления. А это значит, что он не эволюционировал, а, без
сомнения, был сотворен. Бог создал дятла, чтобы тот долбил дырки в
деревьях. Он знал, что для этого дятлам нужна защита от постоянной
сильнейшей вибрации, поэтому Он дал им специально устроенные
амортизаторы и особый, длинный и липкий, язык. Когда вы в следующий раз
услышите, как дятел стучит по стволу какого-нибудь дерева, представьте
себе, что он выбивает: "Бог сотворил меня таким! ""...
