There was a business man; he divided his company for two different companies. And handed over to his two sons to manage.
Since the elder son became the manager of company, he tended to be the boss everywhere, and did not allow the staffs to make a litter bit fault in the face of him, and there was no smile on his face all day. He said to his litter brother that that was called momentum, and asked his brother to learn from him.
But his litter brother did not pay attention to this; he always worked together with the normal workers, and eats together in the mess hall or discussed one topic together. And there was no image of boss on him.
One the elder brother came the company of the younger brother, and they were having a meeting at that moment, he heard one worker was saying the fault of his younger brother, so he was so angry and bursted into the room, wanted to fire that worker. The younger brother said they were just having a meeting to discuss everyone’s fault, so it does not matter, when the elder brother heard this, he became more and more angry. And said to his younger brother: “you are the boss of this company, so you do not need to do this, the workers just follow you what you said.”
After this, all workers did not dare to continue, but the younger brother told everyone that he was the boss of this company, so they did not need to mind what his elder brother said. After this, the meeting was going on as the beginning.
Few months later, the financial crisis came, so most of the company needs to reduce the staff trimmer to protect the company. The elder brother heard this, he reduced half of staff of his company, and finally it affected the progress of the producing. So his company got bankrupt finally. But the younger brother never did that, he just increase the salary for every worker. And his company became stronger and stronger tide over the crisis smoothly at last.
So this story tells us that different principle of doing things will decide the whole life. We should pay more attention about this.

One day, there was a donkey fell into a deep trap. So his host thought it over, he thought it was not worth to save him, so he left. Only let it be. Every day, many people threw some trash into that trap. So the donkey felt so sad and unfortunately. The host discards him. Even he wanted to die; he still could not die comfortably. There was too much trash around him.
But suddenly one day, his thinking changed, he decided to change his life attitude, in fact, that was attitude of donkey’s life. He floored the trash under his foot every day, not let the trash drown him, and he started to find something to keep his energy among these trash. Finally at another day, he turned back to the floor.
So from this story, we can learn that do not complain how much your life is not comfortable, do not complain your husband is so poor or your wife is so uglily, do not complain you do not have a rich father, do not complain you job is so bad and the salary is so litter, then find the excuse to play the game RS, waste more money on buyingRunescape Gold , or waste much time on farming RS Money. Although you have so much comfortable things in your life, although the life gave you trash, you also can floor it under your foot. Then you can reach the top of the world. In this world, people only mind whether you get the top of the height, never mind you floor some people’s arms or the trash to get that height. There is no failure when we are young, because we have so many opptunities. We just regard it as the trash which we floor it under our foot, let it be your stepping stone to success in your life.
