Sweetheart Long Prom Dress were awarded

A team of three students from the college -Phusit Jaidee,Wanida Sukchuai and Piyaphat Muangmeesri -beat 52 teams from 20 vocational colleges nationwide.Strapless Split Blue Homecoming Dress fashion contest was organised under the concept "My World, My Inspire" late last month at Chinaworld Wangburapa shopping mall. Ten teams used raw materials sold at the mall to create the dresses they designed to Strapless Sweetheart Baby Blue Prom Dress in the final round. The winning team's dress was named "the Architecture of Thailand" and earned a cash prize, free BangkokHong Kong round trip air tickets and free hotel rent worth Bt176,500 to study fashion design. The second prize went to Chiang Rai Vocational College students -- a 19,000 baht cash prize and Strapless Sweetheart Long Prom Dress gift voucher for shopping at the mall. The third prize went to Chiang Mai Vocational College students who were awarded a 14,000 baht cash prize and gift voucher. Nakhon Pathom Vocational College students won the Popular Vote -- an 8,000 baht (US$262.8) cash prize and the gift voucher. The ten finalists were trained by a university lecturer on how to use their ideas and creative thinking to make their dresses attractive. Creatively designed dresses created by the ten finalists are now on display at the mall until August 31. The dresses will also appear in Kulsatree magazine published this month.
