Absolutely email with (a) your prescription and (b) the type of frame (numbers on the side of the frame) and they can do it for $ 25. They have all of the teapemtls in-house so you don't even need to send in your frames if you don't want to. You just place your order over the phone with the sales rep (she's really friendly and responsive!) and they send out your lenses. For me it was the next day, but I guess it can take a few days. But either way, it is a great company and I was happy. They also do customized tinting if you want, with different colors, gradients, etc.
